Re: Delta Travel Update
Delta has made a couple of changes to their dependent children criteria with details listed below. The changes are effective immediately.
Full-time Student Dependent Children
Dependent full-time student children may retain their student status until age 24, instead of the previous cutoff age of 23
Children in the U.S. Military
Unmarried children who are between age 18 and age 24, on active duty status with the U.S. Military (Army / Navy / Air Force/ Marines / Coast Guard) or active/inactive duty status with the National Guard and Reserves, may be considered a dependent for pass travel purposes up to age 24, just as if they were a full-time student.
A copy of the child’s military orders showing active status must be submitted to the employer by the employee.
Imputed income based on yield fares applies. Not eligible for interline travel.
