This list shows the ‘PHX’ Flight Attendants in Seniority order.
In this list your seniority is tracked by using your ‘hiring number’. AFA Compass assigns you your hiring number when you join Compass. This is not a company supplied tracking method. The hiring number shows you how many Compass flight attendants were hired before you joined Compass. Our goal is to prevent any confusion in finding where you stand in seniority. The company periodically changes the seniority numbers assigned to flight attendants in the bid packages which can make using that number confusing.
When a Compass Flight Attendant has a lower hiring number than you, then they are senior to you. If someone has a higher hiring number than you, then they are junior to you.
Your AFA Compass assigned hiring number will not change over the years.
How are seniority lists helpful to you:
- If you are considering a base change ‘domicile seniority lists’ show you where you would fall in the domicile that you are considering.
- When you are flying with someone, the ‘All’ system list and sometimes the domicile lists (if the Flight Attendant is from your domicile) will show you who is senior.
- With new flight attendants not being able to work the FA-A position for their first three months, the hire date will help clarify their embargo timeline.
