Steps to a legally binding contract
A contract doesn’t just happen. If you want the protection of a legally binding contract, you must follow these four simple steps. 1. Sign an AFA authorization card (your card is secret and is never shared with or disclosed to management)
2. Cast your vote in the election and vote for AFA (voting is conducted by telephone after the National Mediation Board sends your Voter Identification Number (VIN) and personal PIN)
3. Support your Negotiating Committee and stay informed
4. Study the tentative agreement and cast your ratification vote
